Summary Review
|
: |
Despite having what they call "some of the internet's busiest poker rooms," Parbet Poker has to be one of the smallest and insignificant poker sites out there. But give them credit for trying, after all, this is all conjecture, all a matter of opinion and if you feel your tiny site has a large base of players, then so be it. After all, pickup ballers think they're the best in the world, when none of them have ever even sniffed an NBA roster. Yet in the case of Parbet Poker, it's hardly a capability issue as it is a priority issue, meaning they have their priorities on the sportsbook, not the poker table.

The Poker Website
Nothing to see here. They have one page, which asks you to download the client and have faith that everything will turn out right. This is much like the doped up car dealer who tells you he has an excellent deal on a brand new lemon or the man on the corner peddling his magic beans. Then again, the whole bean thing turned out well for Jack, so you never know.
Registering, Cashing and Playing Poker
Everything is based on the sportsbook and so I'm making the investigative assumption that the deposit options are the same. NETeller, Moneybookers, credit cards and the like. By the way, the folks at NETeller must be making a killing off this whole internet gambling thing, especially with the Paypal people choosing to go legit.
The poker table is your standard software, nothing to go bananas over, although that's easy to say as a non-primate. Or are humans primates? We sure act like them, haha. Get it? Because we act the fool. My chimp, Apples, is laughing hysterically and as a result I had to slap him. He doesn't understand how this whole thing works. You can only say the "N" word if you're black and you can only make fun of humans if you're human.
Bonuses and Poker Promos
Parbet Poker's only promotion is that they offer no promotion at all. That way, you don't get any cash you didn't earn. Not buying it? Well, you can't say I didn't try. Which begs the question, why am I trying in the first place? Do I have a deal with the people at Parbet Poker? Am I sleeping with the general manager? Or am I just filling up space?
Online Poker Customer Service
The customer service equally as horrifying as the rest of the site, with a support section that reads as follows:
Live support
(picture of person with headset - this must be one of those computers where you speak and it types the words)
Operator: Unavailable
Yes. I wanted to talk to somebody, but he or she was unavailable. I wonder what would happen if Parbet Poker was in charge of 911? The chaos and carnage would certainly be what conservative Christians call "Armageddon" (not the Bruce Willis kind). So if you're out there Satan, just an idea.
Overall Poker Rating
To be fair, Parbet Poker really isn't a poker site at all, it's a sportsbook with half a casino that has a few poker tables. In the end, you don't really expect much from a place like this and they don't expect you to expect much anyways. So everyone has low expectations.
